cheerleader for ecommerce. did it live up to expectations? >> i think it did for the most part. it mee companies e eated equal. there's a big learning curve. some companies did not focus on back-end logistics. by and large, i think things went well for economy customers. >> what are the back end logistics, like delivery? >> yes, some of the -- you know, the less glamorous, but incredibly important part of the business. fulfillment and shipping and customer service. you have to have a website that is easy to use, but you also have to build distribution centers like this and have customer service centers. you have to be old shippg products to customers is really important. >> mr. vancleet, we find you in a mall in virginia. in the longer term, do you think that americans will shop a lot from ecommerce and retailers should be worried? >> no, not at all. very many retail stores have successful online stores. so clearly this is the growth
